Why are we doing this?

Our mission is to promote the learning of Hindi and knowledge of Indian culture. We feel that preserving the language and culture of Hindi-speaking Singaporeans and Permanent Residents will provide the self-confidence and civilisational ballast essential to life both as an individual and as a member of a multi-racial, multi-religious society.

The Hindi Centres are a self-help, community project run by volunteers to enable students in our schools to offer Hindi as a second language.
